*For every referral you send us who purchases a building, we will send you a referral fee of 50.00 if form is submitted before the sale.  Referral fees are not paid for referrals who do not purchase a building from Cook.  Referrals must be submitted before the sale is started.  No referral fees will be paid for referrals submitted after the sale is started.  Referral fees are only paid to non-Cook customers at the Purvis and Hattiesburg locations.  Referral fees are not paid to anyone who does not submit a form before the referred customer contacts Cook unless referred customer notifies Cook upon initial contact that they were referred and gives first and last name of the person who referred them.  If you have any questions, please give us a call.  Thank you!
